Please note that unlacquered brass is considered a “living finish”. This means that there is no protective coating and the finish will change and transform over time by darkening as it oxidizes. To slow down the patina process, you can apply a special wax that doesn’t contain polish or cleaners, such as beeswax.
General Cleaning:
1) Wipe with a clean, soft cloth or towel
2) Don’t allow water spots to settle on the brass
3) If using soap, use one with a neutral pH balance
4) Use a soft cloth and brass polish to remove tarnish, then rinse with water and gently dry

General Cleaning:
1) Wipe any water spots, soaps, lotions, toothpaste, etc, immediately with a dry cloth
2) Mix a couple of drops of dish soap into a container of warm water. Dip a microfiber cloth in the soapy water and wipe down the fixture thoroughly. Then repeat with a damp cloth to rinse. After cleaning, you can polish with a faucet wax to add extra shine
3) Avoid abrasive cleaning products as it can scratch the surface
Removing Rust:
1) Apply Bar Keeper’s Friend Soft Cleanser onto a clean microfiber cloth
2) Use a circular motion to gently scrub the rust
3) After removing the rust, wipe with a microfiber cloth that has been dipped in soapy water
4) Polish with a dry paper towel

Always identify the grain as brushed stainless steel needs to be cleaned along with the grain and not across it.
General Cleaning:
1) Wipe daily with a clean, soft cloth or towel
2) Diluted vinegar is one of the best cleaning products. Mix white vinegar with water at a 1:10 ratio. Spray on the finish, then rinse with clean water. Wipe the surface thoroughly with a microfiber cloth
3) While vinegar can deal with limescale and other daily messes, more stubborn deposits may need a stronger cleaner. Baking soda paste is a non-abrasive option that works well. Mix baking soda with a small amount of water to create a thick paste, then rub it on the surface with a sponge. Lightly scrub, then rinse the paste off thoroughly
